Monday Mindfulness
“Monday Mindfulness” is an ongoing mindfulness facilitation that gives women a safe space for self-care and self-inquiry. It is an opportunity to spend your downtime giving love and compassion to the most important person in your life: YOU! Begin your week feeling empowered. This is important work because “You Matter”.
Venue: Zoom. Join us every Monday at 6 pm PT.
Unwind, recharge, and reset with leaders from the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. This is an ongoing event that is held at Meeting Room B in the Central Library on Thursdays at 12.30 pm. Instructors are rotated on a weekly basis.
Venue: Los Angeles Public Library, DTLA. Reservations are not required—first come, first seated!
Led by UCLA-trained mindfulness facilitators, these sessions offer a chance to cultivate equanimity while reducing anxiety, boosting mood, lowering emotional reactivity, and improving focus and attention. Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, these sessions are open to all. Instructors are rotated on a weekly basis.
